Pantechnicon Stainless Steel Dispersion Plate for Rancilio
A key part of great espresso is keeping your machine free of the coffee oils and fines that build up over regular use. The stock brass dispersion plate on a Rancilio machine can be difficult to clean, sometimes requiring a metal brush to fully remove those baked on coffee oils.

NOTE: Because steel conducts heat at a different rate than brass, you may want to bump up the temperature of your brew boiler a few degrees.
